Third Floor Wentworth Chambers is delighted to welcome Adria Poljak back to the floor.
Called to the Bar in 2012 at Third Floor Wentworth Chambers, Adria’s practice consisted mainly of appellate, commercial, insurance, administrative law and judicial review.
Prior to joining the Bar, Adria worked as a hospital scientist in multi-disciplinary pathology laboratories and later as an ethics officer for medical research at Royal North Shore Hospital (Human research ethics committee (HREC))
From May 2016 to October 2024, Adria was appointed as a full time Senior Member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in the General & Other Division (General, Security, Small Business and Tax, Taxation and Commercial), and
Migration Division. She was the national practice leader for all Regulatory matters from 2021 to October 2024.
Adria returned to the Bar in October 2024, and rejoined Third Floor Wentworth Chambers on 1 December 2025.
