He has represented clients operating in diverse industries such as agriculture, education, FMCG, government, insurance, not-for-profit/charity, professional services, real estate, retail, shipping/logistics and technology.
Nicholas has significant practical experience in managing and resolving interactions/disputation with the Federal Commissioner of Taxation, such as private ruling requests, amendment requests and more contentious matters such as voluntary disclosures, risk reviews, audits, objections, appeals, applications for remission of administrative penalties and interest, and applications under the Scheme for Compensation for Detriment caused by Defective Administration (CDDA Scheme).
