Prior to coming to the bar in 2015, Jared practiced in the area of intellectual property and commercialisation at Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers.
Jared lectured from 2014 until 2020 in subjects including contract law, administrative law, constitutional law, advanced constitutional law and professional responsibility at Western Sydney University.
Since coming to the bar Jared has practised principally in commercial law and equity, administrative law, intellectual property, taxation and family law. Jared has appeared across state and federal courts and tribunals at both trial and appellate levels, both led and unled.
Jared also maintains an advisory practice on matters relating to taxation, estate planning, intellectual property and commercialisation.
