A Tradition of Advocacy
Established in 1957, Third Floor Wentworth Chambers has been a longstanding presence at the Sydney Bar. Located within the historic Wentworth Selborne Chambers building on Phillip Street, adjacent to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the floor is home to a diverse group of senior and junior counsel practicing across a broad range of private and public law.
For nearly seven decades, members have appeared in Australia’s most significant courts, tribunals and arbitral forums, and internationally. Members’ practices collectively encompass all area of the law, particularly: corporate and commercial; equity; real property; taxation; constitutional; administrative; employment and labour; wills, estates and trusts; and family law matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation, arbitration and expert determination.
